2025 Badrinath Kedarnath by Helicopter Package Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Dehradun Your Do Dham Heli-Tour, Starting from Dehradun Jolly Grant SDRF Helipad.
Your Journey Begins: ● Dehradun is a starting and ending point for your heli-tour.
● We provide pickup from Dehradun Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stand.
Complimentary Stay: ● Enjoy a complimentary stay on your arrival date, including dinner.
Arrival Timing: ● Please arrive in Dehradun by 3:00 PM or earlier to ensure a smooth start to your Do Dham Yatra the next morning.
Tour Briefing & Luggage: ● Our team will conduct a detailed tour briefing in the evening.
● Please pack essentials in provided duffel bags. A maximum of 3-5 kg per person is allowed.

Day 02: Shree Kedarnath Ji (Jolly Grant SDRF Helipad to Guptkashi)
Arrival Timing: ● Check out from hotel and move to Jolly Grant SDRF Helipad
● Fly from Jolly Grant SDRF Helipad to Guptkashi Helipad Shuttle service
● On arrival at Guptkashi we operate the shuttle services for Shree Kedarnath ji shrine (Kedarnath Helipad).
● Shree Kedarrnath temple is approx. 500 meters away from the helipad (walking distance) and will take approx. 15 min to reach.
● After Darsham moved back to Guptkashi. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.

Day 03: Shree Badrinath Ji ( Guptkashi to Badrinath helipad )
Arrival Timing: ● Check out from hotel and move to Guptkashi helipad
● Fly from Sersi/Phata Helipad to Badrinath helipad Upon arrival at Badrinath Helipad
● Welcome by ground staff and check-in to the hotel (near helipad)
● Passengers will be taken for darshan to Badrinath temple.
● VIP Darshans are subject to the orders issued by the temple authorities and State government.
● If time is available guests can move to visit local sightseeing.

Day 04: Badrinath to Dehradun (Jolly Grant SDRF Helipad)
Morning ● 07:00 AM: Breakfast
● 08:00 AM: Depart for Badrinath to Jolly Grant SDRF Helipad Upon arrival at Dehradun
● Passengers will drop at Dehradun airport/railway station/bus stand.

Badrinath Kedarnath Helicopter Service Package Excludes

Monument Entrance Fee, that has to be paid directly on arrival at the monuments.
International/ Domestic Flights.
Personal expense such as Tipping, Meals other than mentioned in inclusions etc.
Any other thing that has not been mentioned in the "Cost Inclusions".

We will use all our powers to erase the cancellation charges and negotiate for the lowest possible charges.Uncovered Dham Refunds: In the event of missing any Dham due to bad weather or unforeseen reasons a refund of INR 20,000 per person / per Dham will be provided.

Travel Documents

It is the Tour member responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports and visas, where necessary.
Photo Identification proof like PAN card, Driving License, Voter Identity card, Passport, Photo ID card issued by Central/State Govt. of guest is necessary at the time of Check in.
